This statement explains how MollisWare (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit mollisware.com or contact us through it. MollisWare is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 87867508, address Charlotte van Bourbonhof 51, 5611 HZ Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We are the controller for the data described here.
This statement covers this website only. Our product ClubBooking (the apps, clubbooking.app and the ClubBooking web app) has its own privacy policy at clubbooking.app/privacy-policy, and its own terms of service at clubbooking.app/terms-of-service.
When you visit the website, we process your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you request and the time of your visit (server logs), to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Kept for 12 months.
When you accept analytics cookies, we process pseudonymous identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location and device and browser details, to understand how the website is used and improve it. Legal basis: consent. Kept for the default retention period of Google Analytics.
When you use the contact form, we process your first name, last name, email address and message, to answer your question and follow up. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or steps before a contract. Kept for 12 months after the conversation ends.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address, to send you news about MollisWare and its products. Legal basis: consent. Kept until you unsubscribe.
When you email us directly, we process your email address and what you write, to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Kept for 12 months after the conversation ends.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal or similar effects.
We only place cookies that are not strictly necessary after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Google Cloud (processor) hosts the website on Cloud Run in the Netherlands (region europe-west4).
Webflow (processor) is the website builder and delivers scripts. In the United States.
Google provides Analytics 4 (as our processor), fonts and the embedded YouTube video (as an independent controller for YouTube). In the United States and the European Union.
Embedly (independent controller) embeds the YouTube video. In the United States.
Cloudflare (processor) delivers scripts through cdnjs. Worldwide.
Mailchimp (Intuit) (processor) sends the newsletter. In the United States.
Formsubmit (processor) forwards contact form messages to us by email. Formsubmit does not disclose where it processes data.
Google Workspace (Gmail) (processor) hosts our mailbox. In the United States and the European Union.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example to a court or regulator.
Some providers are in the United States or process data there. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link in every email.
To use your rights, email privacy@mollisware.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Bezuidenhoutseweg 30, 2594 AV The Hague, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the authority where you live.
The website is served over HTTPS only. We limit access to messages and subscriber lists to people who need it.
This website is not aimed at children under 16. Do not send us personal data about a child without a parent's or guardian's permission.
